Vivabet Casino Online: What the Brand Is and Who Runs It
Vivabet is an online casino and sportsbook operated by Viva Games SRL, a company founded in 2024. The game library on the brand site names Amusnet, Pragmatic Play and EGT Digital as providers, so a Vivabet slot session typically means titles from those studios.
The key point for UK readers: the brand is not a UKGC operator. Check GamStop and UK Gambling Commission rules before you consider registering.

Is Vivabet licensed, and who holds the licence?
Vivabet operates under Romanian licence L1244215W001560, issued by the Oficiul Național pentru Jocuri de Noroc (ONJN). It holds no licence valid for the United Kingdom, so it is not licensed or regulated for UK players.
- Operator: Viva Games SRL
- Authority: ONJN, Romania; the licence number can be checked on the regulator's official public register
- UK status: no UKGC licence, so UK consumer protections do not apply
- Encryption: SSL/TLS 256-bit
- Minimum age: 18+
In short, "is Vivabet casino legit and safe?" has a split answer: the Romanian licence is real, but it gives a UK player no UK regulatory backing.
Welcome package worth up to £790 and 1,000 free spins
The welcome package is up to £790 plus 1,000 free spins across the first three deposits, with a qualifying deposit of £16, according to cazino.ro. The same source reports wagering of 35x / 40x on the bonus and 40x on the free spins.
Do the sums: a £100 bonus at 40x means £4,000 of turnover before withdrawal. That is steep, and the split of the spins per deposit is not published. A Friday reload for casino play also exists.
Signing Up and Making a First Deposit
The account minimum deposit is £3, though the welcome package needs £16 to qualify, according to cazino.ro. Apple Pay and Google Pay are both accepted for deposits.
- Register an account and confirm you are 18+.
- Use your Vivabet login to open the cashier.
- Pick a method such as Apple Pay or Google Pay.
- Deposit at least £16 to qualify for the welcome package.
Identity checks (KYC) are required before withdrawals. Individual methods may set higher minimums than £3.

What players say
Ce-ai mai proasta experiența!!
Playing on mobile: is there an app?
Vivabet has a native iOS app only, rated App Store (Romania) 3.4/5 (27 ratings), at 17.1 MB. There is no Android app, so Android players use the mobile-optimised site. Details are on the app page.
What Players Say: Ratings, Support and Reliability
Independent feedback is thin: the only published rating is the App Store (Romania) score of 3.4/5 from 27 ratings, so searches for Vivabet reviews return little. Support runs 24/7 through live chat, email and phone; see contacts.
Criticisms: no UK licence, heavy wagering, unpublished limits. If gambling stops being fun, contact GamCare.
